Sports Focus Hypnotherapy

If you're a keen sports person and you're looking to "up" your performance, then our Sports Focus Hypnotherapy afternoons are perfect for you. These are group sessions held in my Hypno Suite in Thetford although they can be held for larger groups in sports clubs in your area. Each session will give you an overview of hypnosis and how it can help you in your chosen sport. Next we have a FAQ session and bust any myths and preconceptions around hypnosis. You'll then experience a Deep Relaxation and Sports Focus Hypnotherapy. Your session will include light refreshments and snacks and you'll get to take home a self hypnosis CD too. All this for just £65 per person or £60 per person if booking for 3 or more people in one session
